You may pick up the items we don’t buy or we can donate them on your behalf to charity via American Textile Recycling Services. Usable items are sold “as is” to benefit underprivileged families in the second-hand clothing market. The rest is recycled for upholstery stuffing and industry wiping rags. The proceeds primarily benefit the Children’s Miracle Network and disaster relief. Donations are tax deductible and the tax form is available here.
If you prefer to retrieve them, please select “pick up” on the buy sheet, otherwise they will be donated.
All vendors are notified of their offer via phone and e-mail. You may pick up your cash within two weeks BUT YOU MUST PICK UP LEFTOVER ITEMS BY THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS THE DAY AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR OFFER (9:00 PM or 7:00 Sunday). If you do not pick up by then, items are automatically donated as we have limited space and cannot store them.
If for any reason you are unable to pick up by the close of business, please let us know and we will hold them one additional day.
