Processing Your Buy

IN STORE VS. DROP OFF

We do not require you to stay with your clothes while we process your buy; however, if you have questions about the process or pricing your items, we do recommend you stay in the store especially if it’s your first time.

WHEN WE ESTIMATE WAITING TIME, THAT IS ONLY IF YOU WAIT IN STORE. IF YOU LEAVE THE STORE, YOUR BUY WILL BE DONE AS A DROP OFF AND COMPLETED BEFORE THE END OF BUSINESS.

We MUST prioritize those who wait in the store. if you leave, you lose your place in line. We will call and/or text you when finished, usually before closing time (9:00 PM xc Sundays, 7:00 PM).

IF YOU DROP OFF:

1. Please choose cash or store credit as a default in case we can’t reach you when the buy is complete.
2. Please indicate if you wish to pick up the items we don’t buy or donate.
3. Sign the drop off pre-approval line.

YOU ARE FREE TO DECLINE OUR OFFER IF YOU REMAIN IN THE STORE BUT IF YOU LEAVE AND WE CANNOT REACH YOU, WE PROCEED WITH YOUR BUY AND WE CANNOT RETRIEVE YOUR ITEMS FROM THE FLOOR ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PROCESSED. You can always pick up the items we do not buy but the ones we take will be tagged, sensored and put out.

NEXT DAY DROP OFFS:

We close the buy counter for same-day processing 2 hours before the store closes or sometimes earlier when we are exceptionally busy. At that time, we only take drop offs for the FOLLOWING DAY. This means that your buy will be processed the next day as soon as possible.
