Retrieving Items We Do Not Buy

You may pick up the items we don’t buy or we can donate them on your behalf to charity via the Purple Heart Service Foundation and buildOn. The Purple Heart Service Foundation provides support to military families in need, and buildOn partners with local villages to build schools in third world countries. Donations are tax deductible and the tax form is available here.

If you prefer to retrieve them, please select “pick up” on the buy sheet, otherwise they will be donated.

All vendors are notified of their offer via phone and e-mail. You may pick up your cash within two weeks BUT YOU MUST PICK UP LEFTOVER ITEMS BY THE CLOSE OF BUSINESS THE DAY AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR OFFER (9:00 PM or 7:00 Sunday). If you do not pick up by then, items are automatically donated as we have limited space and cannot store them.

If for any reason you are unable to pick up by the close of business, please let us know and we will hold them one additional day.
